Sisters For Life: 3rd Annual Health & Wellness Expo

Date:

Sisters For Life Health & Wellness Expo is back and this year bigger, bolder, and full of energy.

August 16, 2025, NSpire U and Women R hosted the 3rd Annual Sisters For Life Health & Wellness Expo at the Mobile Convention Center. Think of a day full of wellness, fashion, empowerment, and sisterhood.

The event featured local vendors, wellness experts, and organizations ready to help families take small, practical steps toward a better lifestyle. This event was jam-packed with free screenings, breast and lung cancer checks, HIV testing, blood pressure, BMI measurements, open conversations on mental health and domestic violence, teen breakout sessions, and tips on financial wellness.

The attendees had opportunities to explore the numerous vendors between sessions, many of which featured beauty products, handmade goods, health services, baked goods and community resources. Black Renaissance Clothing, GuRu Designs, and Thick by Tiffanie Boutique were on the runway, and DJ Carla Holcombe kept the music flowing along side Mobile’s very own Dre Day.

Whether you were there to check your blood pressure, try plant-based snacks, meet wellness experts, or simply hang out in a feel-good environment, Sisters For Life Health & Wellness Expo is where it went down.

With general admission under $15.00, this event was more than an expo; it was a gift to the Gulf Coast community. While the VIP gave attendees a more exclusive experience, the spirit of the day was for everyone: to be inspired, to learn, to connect, and celebrate the strength of women that transform every area they enter.

There were many amazing individuals, vendors and sponsors that were in attendance, with something fresh to the experience. View the complete list below:
