City of Mobile District 1 Councilman Cory Penn is hosting a community meeting Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Toulminville Warren Street United Methodist Church, starting at 6:00 p.m., bringing local residents and city representatives together for important updates and open discussions on the future of the district.
