Great Day Latte is turning a simple coffee run into a lifeline for local students this weekend. On August 1st and 2nd, the downtown spot at 10 S. Conception St. is hosting the Backpack & Brew Drive in partnership with the Leopards for Life Alumni Organization.
The two-day drive focuses on getting local students fully equipped for the upcoming school year by rallying neighbors to donate classroom essentials, including clear backpacks, notebooks, hygiene products, pencils, colored pencils, and crayons.
As a thank-you for supporting the community, every donor will receive 10% off a drink.
