Gamin: Pray for My Life Movie Premier at Crescent Theater

Downtown Mobile witnessed the official release of the independent urban drama Gamin: Pray for My Life. The feature is presented by Kamitte Filmz and directed by local artist, filmmaker, and actor Marcellus Hudson, also known as Bama Boy Buck.

The opening weekend kicked off with an exclusive, invite-only premiere night on July 17, featuring an after-party with official DJ Threesixty. This was followed by general public screenings on July 18 at the historic Crescent Theater located at 208 Dauphin Street.

Set entirely against the backdrop of Mobile, the R-rated feature tracks the gritty journey of a character named Dolla navigating survival, street loyalty, family dynamics, and betrayal.
