Great Day Latte Hosts Brannon Biggs and Poet Laureate Huggy Bear da Poet for LoDa Artwalk Showcase

Spoken-word artist Brannon Biggs and the city’s Poet Laureate, Huggy Bear da Poet, are taking center stage at Great Day Latte this Friday, July 10. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the duo will host an exclusive poetry and open mic session that serves as the featured stage event for this month’s LoDa ArtWalk  .

The performance will take place as the rest of the Lower Dauphin Arts District transforms for the ArtWalk. From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the district will be closed to traffic, creating a pedestrian-friendly hub for the showcase audience and visitors alike.

Alongside the poetry event, the ArtWalk features local vendors, live music, and a dedicated Kids’ Zone hosted in partnership with Gulf Regional Early Childhood Services.
